The Anti-Snack attack Challenge
For one week whenever you feel like eating between means (Snacking)
Do the following:
- Consider why you want to eat? Is it because you really need food or is it because you are
- nervous, or
- Drink 4 oz. of plain water instead
- Wait twenty minutes and if you are still hungry have a small healthy snack like a few apple slices or a few nuts.
- Record on your calendar how many times you use this technique in a week, how many times you avoid eating anything, and why you felt like snacking.
