Anti-Snack Attack

The Anti-Snack attack Challenge


For one week whenever you feel like eating between means (Snacking) 

 Do the following:

  1. Consider why you want to eat?  Is it because you really need food or is it because you are


  1. Drink 4 oz. of plain water instead
  2. Wait twenty minutes and if you are still hungry have a small healthy snack like a few apple slices or a few nuts.
  3. Record on your calendar how many times you use this technique in a week, how many times you avoid eating anything, and why you felt like snacking.
