At Least 30 Minutes of Aerobic Exercise on at Least 6 of the Next 7 Days
Commit to doing at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day for at least six of the next seven days. Remember aerobic exercise is that exercise you can do at a moderate pace for at least 20 to 30 minutes. While doing the exercise you should sweat but not be to out of breath you could not be able to carry on a conversation. You are free to choose whatever sort of activity you'd like and it doesn't have to be the same activity each day. Some examples of appropriate activities would be: brisk walking, jogging, running, using an elliptical machine, or cycling.
We suggest you go to your calendar and select 6 of the next 7 days and plan a specific time and activity. Then each day check off that you accomplished your plan.
