Over the next 30 days, practice the values of honesty, trustworthiness, empathy, compassion and utility in all your personal relationships.  Whether with your spouse/significant other, family, children, friends, or co-workers think of ways you can offer them support. When you wake up in the morning meditate on the values of honesty, trustworthiness, empathy, compassion and utility and keep those values at the forefront of all your interactions for the day.  Not only will the people in your life benefit, but also your own health and well-being.
