Route a New Course

Pick a local jogging, walking, or biking route to use for your aerobic exercise this week.  You can choose something new or something you are more familiar with.  For several ideas on local routes around Billings check out Billings TrailNet.

Whatever you pick, try to use the same route all week to be able to measure your progress and build consistency. If you are familiar with where you will exercise you are more likely to stick to it.  After one week, you can try a different route if you want to build variety.  After trying several routes out, you will then be familiar with several new routes for exercising outside.
